If you have to ask all this, just do yourself a favor and wait until puberty is over and you’re legally an adult.

Gay sex is like straight or bi sex. It is only illegal when you are underage or caught in public…and in certain backward countries that banned homosexuality.

Gay sex is no longer illegal in any state. I don’t remember how long ago, but a few years ago the Supreme Court ruled that no state could ban homosexual sex.
As for the age, I don’t think there’s a law against that, either as long as both participants are about the same age. It’s more about societal do’s and don’ts. 14 seems rather young for it.

Anal sex is no longer illegal. It was struck down a few years ago by the U.S. Supreme Court. Yes, it is illegal for two 14 year olds to have sex. In most states you have to be 18, some you have to be 17 and some 16, none are as low as 14 that I know of. If you are caught, you could wind up in juvie and be a sex offender for the rest of your life.

I don’t know if same age sex is okay if you’re underage, but I believe that it isn’t worth it. Do you plan to go to college? Have a good job? If so, having a baby will stop you from achieving your goals. Using protection isn’t 100% safe. I hops you are fine with my comment. I’m not saying that sex isn’t good, but are you able to take risks?

Its not illegal.. it is illegal for an adult to have sex with a minor. Remember Mary Kay LeTourneau had sex with her 16 year old student, she went to jail. When she came out of jail, she married him… they are currently married today. Pedosexuals like Mary Kay LeTourneau are trying to gain acceptance for their sexual orientation like homosexuals have.
Since homosexuality has never been proven scientifically as genetic… it could be a matter of time before pedosexuals get the same rights homosexuals are asking for.
In 1973, the APA cave in to the protests made by LGBT protestors and removed homosexuality off of the mental disorder list without any scientific evidence.
Recently last week, scientists believe they may have found a genetic trait between people who are left handed and are homosexual. Interestingly enough, this report was done one year ago that linked left handers with pedophiles.
History offers us a link between NAMBLA and LGBT before the Anita Bryant scandal of the 80s. Ever since pedosexuals were demonized, LGBT ditched pedosexuals to further their chances for acceptibility.

They are called “Age of Consent Laws”. Look ‘em up. They are on the books in all 50 states. Even straight kids can be prosecuted for having sex before the age of consent (18 just about everywhere as far as I know). But most times they aren’t because of a “Romeo and Juliet” clause tucked away in most of these laws (which are rarely enforced unless a pregnancy occurs). Its a typical double standard. There are gay teenagers serving some pretty serious time for having consensual sex with a same aged peer.
As to gay sex generally, bans on it were struck down by the Supreme Court only a few years ago.

People can have sex if their gay! Lol, but anyways like a 12 and a 12 year old could have sex. People just have to be the same age.
