Is it gay to have sex with a man if he wears a wig and womens underwear? How can that be gay?

It could be considered gay, but if that man is going to go under sex change surgery I wouldn’t consider it gay.

Its gay, but maybe not the way one could normally think. Maybe you are bi or maybe you are just attracted to that kind of thing. Use protection and do what feels right to you and you be fine.

If he has a penis & balls, then yes some would consider it gay. Wig, woman’s under wear, make up .. That’s a disguise.
