Since I am straight, why do I keep having dreams about gay sex?
Can I just Keep MY change asked:
I’m an adult and straight all my life, but for the last couple years I have off and on had gay sex dreams. Now it seems like I have them at least several times a week…I wake up in like a flustered state and hard as a rock. Am I like turning gay or have some hidden gay tendencies started becoming more prevelant as far as my sexual prefrence/interest? I’m like really confused…

do be confused its natural to be inspired so to say by something beautiful believe it or not its pheromones that make you attracted to a person a scent…so someone is appealling to your more basic instincts of scent its only natural..if your worried try to work it out w/ ur girl friend see if there are ways around it that dont make you feel so uncomfortable about the situation. you never know you and her might end up having more fun that you thought

I think it’s normal and a lot of people do it. They just don’t admit it. It’s more important how you feel about your sexuality when you are actually awake. Dreams don’t always mean what they are about. If you are not attracted to the same sex during the day, you are just a normal heterosexual.

I think that most guys have a natural tendency for sexual adventure and the exotic, but most guys would keep it in check for various social, moral or other reasons. I would not advise acting on it, but the feelings are probably normal.

Have you or do you watch gay porn as well? I can relate to your situation, though I have never really dreamed of having gay sex, just thought about it in my head. But I never have, and can’t really see myself doing it. Don’t worry about it, It’s fine. You obviously aren’t the only one!

Listen dude. It could very well mean many things. Since they are just dreams you shouldn’t take it in the literal sense. It could just symbolize something into that sense. It could symbolise self-love or self-acceptance or that their is insecurity with your relationships with the opposite sex. It could very well mean many things and I really doubt you are turning gay.

Dreams are messages from your subconsious, trying to draw your attention to matters at hand, telling you the path you’re walking into, or recalling recent events and memories. Or, if you are uncomfortable with gay sex, and don’t want it, it may mean that there is an overbearing sense of something askew in your life. Do you dream about gay sex? Do you get more excited from watching gay porn than you do watching straight porn? Do you catch yourself looking at the guy more when you watch straight porn. Do you feel attracted to guys sexually? Do you feel attracted to girls sexually? Both?
Your involuntary feelings about or your reaction to gay and straight sex is just one measure of your orientation. You could be bisexual (feeling attraction in some degree to both genders), or you could be straight and curious or you could be gay… all depending upon how you answer these questions. Your unconscious reaction of excitement / attraction / arousal is your best measure of orientation, versus your conscious reaction when looking at guys/girls. Your conscious reaction could be affected by your unconscious fears.
Bottom line, you might have been suppressing these feelings, and only now are they are coming out. Can you think of some event that might have triggered these dreams? Only you can define what you are… don’t let other people tell you.

Im a lesbian but I do know that if you dream about something a lot you are repressing yourself in real life.For example,if a women has a lot ofdreams involving other women it would indicate that they were repressing that aspect in their daily life.

first of all i’d like to say to Kim M that heterosexual is not the ONLY “normal” situation. Some like men the others like women (and I’m straight, but I hate people thinking straight pple are normal and gay pple aren’t) It’s like when u like…idk… pizza and u hate seafood (not comparing food to sex…both are great lol!). U’re normal in both cases.
Then, about Ur pblem, I’d say that like everyone U’re curious, maybe u wanna try to see if U’re not takin’ the wrong way. But this doesn’t mean U’re turnin’ gay. Maybe U’re Straight-curious maybe U’re Bi, but if u like doin’it with girls U’re definitely not gay!!

dreams come from what happens in your day/last time you slept and current time, ect. did u do any thing gay? wonder about it? meet someone gay?
stop thinking about the dreams, the more you dont wana dream about it the higher chance you will.
